Can I place an order if I don't have a business?

Our ecommerce is designed so that anyone in the world can place an order directly, without the need for intermediaries. However, we have an excellent sales team that can guide you through the purchase process, resolve doubts, manage designs and customizations, among others. Our sales agents are located in Colombia, Puerto Rico and the United States.

 

How are backorders handled?

For out-of-stock items, the next available date will be indicated. When ordering on the website, you can select to have backorders shipped as they become available and track each of them. However, we always try to streamline our production system to keep our backorder rate to less than 1%.

 

Can I view my order history on the website?

To view your order history, go to 'My account' on the left side of the screen to find the "My orders" tab. Please note that order history prior to 2022 will not be available online. If you need information about previous orders, please contact Customer Service.

 

 

Do you have sizing information?

Yes, please refer to our Size Chart to see the specifications of each product. Visit size chart

 

Where can I find available colors and inventory for a style?

If you click on the item, you will be taken to the product page and you will be able to see the available colors, sizes, quantities, etc.

 

Are your backorder dates accurate?

We always strive to ensure that our backorder dates are accurate so we have a great logistics team to deliver accurate information to our customers.

 

Where is our operations center located?

We have offices and distribution centers in Kissimmee, Florida.

 

Do you have minimums?

Yes, we have minimum quantities on our customized products.

 

Do all your products meet the specific compliance standards for your industry and region?

It is important that you verify that the products you have ordered comply with applicable regulations. To do so, you can check with the corresponding regulatory authority in your state or league.

How can I become a customer?

Creating a new customer account with ESH Sport. is very easy! Click here and you will be directed to a new page to fill out the registration form, once registered you will be able to enjoy your account immediately and be able to make purchases through our website. 

 

How do I unlock my account on the website?

RETURNS

 

Can a Decorated or Custom order be returned?

Custom orders produced according to customer specifications and meeting production standards may not be returned.

 

How do I request a return authorization (RA)?

To start the return process you can write an email to sales@eshsport.com or click here to fill out our form and our team will contact you. 

 

When will I receive a credit for my return?

Once the return is received and processed, a credit will be issued within 3 weeks.
